Spring outfits featuring vintage Prada and Miu Miu finds from Ending Soon.
This month, I am enjoying the fruits of a very successful visit to Ending Soon while in NY last week, where I found two of the most perfect vintage Prada skirts along with a spring/summer 1999 Miu Miu jacket that I couldn’t leave without. Blame, or thank, shopping on my birthday in the throes of Taurus season. The owner of the store commented that the pieces I picked out all belonged to a very specific era, which only validates my constant referencing of the wardrobes of Joan Carol Clayton and Rachel Green (circa 1999/2000).
Here’s what I’m wearing for the first bit of warm weather…

Vintage knit top via O. La Roche: I bought this during one of their story sales in March, then saw the exact same top in Maj Kiosk’s most recent drop, but in a lighter shade of grey.
FEEL studios white genuine jean: Worn two sizes too big.

Vintage Levi 501s via Passport Vintage: I don’t think the shop sells online anymore (I bought these jeans from them back in 2016) but Holdwest on Etsy has a large and reasonably priced collection of vintage denim, if you’re in the market.

Where I’d wear it: I’d wear this to go drink wine outside on a crisp spring day.

Where I’d wear it: I’d wear this pretty much anywhere. To dinner with the family, drinks with a friend, a meeting, etc.
OUTFIT 6
Vintage Prada grey wool skirt via Ending Soon: I wish the color showed up better in this photo; it’s the most perfect charcoal grey wool with black and red belt accents. I found a vintage Prada skirt in the same fabric but a different silhouette on Vestiaire Collective (I love the back detail).

Where I’d wear it: I plan on squeezing in a few wears of this perfect wool skirt before it gets packed away for fall. I’d wear this to grab dinner with friends, or throw on my leather trench and wear it to a work event.
