June Outfits

Shifting into summer with a new lounge set by KYE Intimates & breaking out my Gil Rodriguez crop in 'tomate.'

I find summer dressing to be tricky, as more options from my closet suddenly become impractical. While I prefer the option to layer when getting dressed, I am very much looking forward to wearing a new sleep set by KYE Intimates to the farmers market and enjoying grilled dinners and tomato toast for the foreseeable future. Here’s what I plan on wearing this month…

OUTFIT 1

• Vintage Chanel PVC tote

Where I’d wear it: A buttery soft sleep set to wear around the house, for weekend errands, to the farmers market, you name it.

Corporate needs you to find the difference between these two outfits.

OUTFIT 3

• Paloma Wool ‘Pradito’ skirt

• Gemsun classic tank: I purchased this pale yellow version last summer and it’s no longer available, but the brand just brought the tank back last week in new colors. On a related note, if you are the type to pull off mesh leggings (couldn’t be me), I can’t stop thinking about this styling.

• Brooke Callahan flower belt

• Vintage Prada flower sandals via TRR

• Vintage 90s Banana Republic leather bag

Where I’d wear it: A good summer evening outfit.

OUTFIT 4

• MNZ dance pants in sandstone: I also love them in this slightly darker shade and this gray version. There’s also a navy pair available here and a black pair (with a matching top) here.

• Sonya Lee ‘Maya’ bag

Where I’d wear it: I plan on wearing this to a brunch event later this month.

OUTFIT 5

• FEEL studios genuine jean in blue ozone: It’s summer, which means it’s baggy denim only for the next few months.

• Maison Margiela Tabi slingbacks

• Vintage Chanel PVC tote

Where I’d wear it: Anywhere; the grocery store, farmers market, a museum, or for simply running around all day.
