More thoughts on sheer tops and what to wear with them (links).

There’s no better time than the dead of summer to play with sheer clothing, and I’ve found myself seeking out varying degrees of see-through items to add to my closet this season—all of which would look just as chic and intriguing with a leather blazer or trench layered over it come fall. So, I thought I’d assemble some links to a few sheer tops to consider, plus bras to display beneath them and bottoms to pair alongside everything…

Sheer Tops

While you certainly don’t need to wear anything beneath a sheer top, I prefer the little bit of coverage and opportunity to show off a chic bra in the process.

I’ve worn my own MNZ dance pants with the KYE Intimates Overlay Slip Dress and a CUUP balconette bra and loved the effect, as well. Double up on the varying levels of sheer and couple the Gimaguas pink skirt with the Gabriel for Sach top + CUUP balconette. I’d also happily wear the sheer pink skirt with a white Nu Swim organic cotton tank and vintage mules. Finally, try the Gimaguas yellow skirt with the sheer pink Paloma Wool top or red We11done lace crewneck.
