This November, I’m squeezing in my last wears of button-downs-as-jackets and adding socks to sandals that will have to go into hibernation in a month or so. Fall can be fairly mild where I live (I also have a very high threshold for cold), so I’m taking advantage while adding in plenty of opportunities to layer. Let’s get dressed!
OUTFIT 1 (left)
TheOpen Product white tie shirt - I purchased in the spring, and don’t believe its in stock anywhere.
FEEL studios genuine jean in blue ozone wash - Worn two sizes too big.
Vintage Gucci horsebit loafers via The Real Real
Vintage Banana Republic black flap bag via eBay
Where I’d wear it: I would wear this to a casual early dinner with the family, and add a black leather blazer when it gets chilly.
OUTFIT 2 (right)
Mare Perpetua lume tank - (I lost sleep over calling it the “ume” tank in the October newsletter)
Jil Sander button down - I found this in the mens section on Ssense and grabbed it while it was heavily marked down during one of their hundreds of sales they had this summer. The color is perfection.
FEEL studios genuine jean
Vintage Salvatore Ferragamo bag via The Real Real (sourced from Subrina’s newsletter!)
Brown Adidas via Depop
Where I’d wear it: Anywhere. This is my outfit formula for when I have errands to run and/or want to look put together around the house.
OUTFIT 3 (left)
Maryam Nassir Zadeh dance pants - The color I have doesn’t seem to be in stock anymore, but there are lots of other colors out there!
Extreme Cashmere Jim cardigan - I’ve been considering an investment purchase with extreme cashmere for over a year, and when I found this oversized cardigan-jacket priced as low as I’ve ever seen, I went for it.
MNZ Olympia wedge - The length of these pants require a high heel, but I love that these shoes just sort of disappear while giving you a little boost. Adding socks makes them weather-appropriate.
Find Kapoor patti bag in crinkled butter - Like a stick of Kerrygold!
Where I’d wear it: I plan on wearing this out to dinner for my anniversary to our favorite cozy Afghan restaurant. This would also be an ideal Thanksgiving day outfit.
OUTFIT 4 (right)
Salter House lamb nightdress - I highly recommend a nightdress from Salter House, mine is currently out of stock but they have so many good ones (like this one). Their corsets are beautiful, as well, and I love how they style them.
Maryam Nassir Zadeh Pablo belt
Vintage Bergdorf Goodman leather trench - I consider this my gateway to leather coats. I found this one at a consignment shop next to my old apartment years ago and wear it every year, the second there’s a chill in the air. When I was pregnant, I just kept throwing it over stretchy clothing to look more put together (maternity clothing is bleak).
Vintage Manolo Blahnik suede boots via The Real Real
Vintage Chanel PVC tote - It doesn’t get any better that this 1998 Chanel tote in my eyes. After seeing it on Maryam Nassir Zadeh herself, I started searching vintage sites for it a few years ago and found it on Tradesy at a good price. I wear it to death, so much so that I just got it back from getting the stitching repaired. I found one available via Garmentory if anyone feels like splurging.
Where I’d wear it: Out to lunch or to a meeting.
OUTFIT 5 (left)
Paloma Wool mini skirt pants - I don’t need more pants but these were calling to me, and I’m very into what Paloma Wool is doing lately.
Intimissimi modal cashmere top - A good, basic layering piece that’s slightly sheer.
MNZ wedges
Vintage Chanel tote
Where I’d wear it: Out to dinner with friends.
OUTFIT 6 (right)
Extreme Cashmere cardigan
FEEL studios baby tee
FEEL studios white genuine jean - Again, worn two sizes too big.
MNZ wedges with navy Dueple socks
Vintage Chanel tote
Where I’d wear it: Anywhere. This outfit is top-tier.

I dream of the Chanel tote. I once passed it up at a consignment store for only $400 AUD and have been losing sleep ever since 💔
