July Outfits
Sheer tops and knit capris for the rest of summer.
This month, I’m embracing the hot weather with a few new additions. First, I visited the Araks shop while in NY this past week and left with a black lace tank that screams “sexy summer.” I plan on pairing it with everything from straight-leg denim to a pair of knit capris and, of course, vintage skirts—including a black Barbara Bui number also procured on my trip—for the remainder of summer.

Where I’d wear it: Now that I’ve crossed the threshold of breaking in the tabis, they are my current everyday shoe. I’d wear this to the grocery store, on a matcha run, or any other summer daytime outing.

Where I’d wear it: The bottom half of this outfit is all I wore from 2016-2019, so this feels very nostalgic for me. I’d wear this to grab drinks with friends.

Vintage Manolo Blahnik tan crocodile leather slides via TRR: Here is my exact pair on Vestiaire Collective and a pink version on TRR. I also love these silver metallic slides and this black patent leather pair. One thing about Manolo Blahnik, he’s going to make a sexy kitten heel slide.

Where I’d wear it: To a meeting, lunch, or simply to run some errands.
Finally, I’m including an honorable mention—an outfit I can’t stop wearing for every work event I have this summer—along with the Note on my phone where I keep a running tab of vintage shops to check out anytime I’m in New York.
