I always save Flore Flore pieces in discontinued (or hard-to-find) seasonal colorways, just in case I need to maximize shipping on an order and toss one in my cart—I love the brand’s Iman longsleeve (M) in what I believe is the choco plum shade. Not pictured, but still worth noting, this pale yellow sleeveless cotton top (S), this Jill longsleeve (S) in the perfect shade of gray, this pink sleeveless tank (S), or this navy blue short-sleeve tee (XL) for $60.
I would very much like to wait out winter in this 1990s charcoal-grey wool coat (US10) by Calvin Klein.
This quilted leather and fur collar zip jacket by Les Copains (US6) would also suffice.
This 2006 Prada Sport trench (US4) is perfect?
As is this vintage Prada black nylon short trench (M).
Are you going out for New Year’s Eve? Consider this 1990s Dolce & Gabbana beaded halter (US6).

I STG, the easiest (and most affordable) way to stock your sweater drawer with quality cashmere is to do a quick search on eBay—here’s another Barneys cashmere v-neck, beige, size medium.
Related, I buy all of my down jackets from eBay; I love this Polo Jeans Co. Ralph Lauren coat (M) if you’d like to deviate from the classic black puffer this winter.

Wear it with this pair of 2005 Phoebe Philo-era Chloe green corduroy pants (US4).
Make winter fun with a fox-trimmed Blumarine puffer coat (EU 38).
There is a rainbow of Neiman Marcus leather gloves on TRR, including this green pair, red, burgundy, and olive.
How about a little black Romeo Gigli dress (M) for $150.
A perfect everyday winter shoe, in my opinion: vintage Prada wool sneakers (EU 37). (find another pair, size 6, here).
Leave it to a Poshmark seller to list these vintage Prada drawcord pumps (US 8.5) at an extremely reasonable price.
Very into these vintage Cerruti cargo pants (IT 42).
Finally, there’s really nothing like a delusional and seasonally inappropriate purchase to get you through the cold days ahead. At the top of my list is this little silk Romeo Gigli skirt (IT 44).
